Since underage travelers are mainly from schools and school administration accompanies them. For on road/ en-route security, we can also arrange security officers.

For international and domestic air travels, your luggage allowance will be as per the airline baggage policy. For Road travels within Pakistan only one hand carry of cabin size is preferred that you can carry easily by your own as porter services won’t be available for on road travels.

You need a ticket, National Identification card and a valid passport having expiry date up to 6 months for international travels. For domestic travels within Pakistan, you just need an airline/train ticket, your itinerary booked with us and CNIC.
An infant is 0-2 years and is free of charges. A child aging between 3-10 years of age is charged 50%, whereas any child above 10 will be charged full.
Our Company is dedicated to provide safe and secure travel experiences to women but we do allow male as companions in family groups and company group tours.

Yes, at least 50% of the total trip payment is required at the time of booking. Remaining 50% should be paid 3 days prior travelling.

As per Directorate of Central Health Establishment of Pakistan, Polio Vaccination Certificate is required for Pakistani travelers departing from Pakistan. The vaccination certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue. Also as per prevailing conditions COVID PCR test is also required.

Payment Queries
Same as cancellation procedure.
Cancellation procedure varies depending on the package you have purchased. Clients will be informed about the cancellation policy as per their package at the time of trip booking and confirmation.
Our package cost includes Visa, Accommodation, Breakfast and In-Country transportation for international trips. However meals are included in our domestic trips alongside with the mentioned facilities.
We accept wire transfers for online bookings and Cash/ Credit card payments for walk-in clients only.
We prefer full trip payment before travelling. You are required to pay 50% advance while booking and the remaining 50% should be paid 3 days prior the travelling date.
Religious Tours
Yes you can add a transit stopover in your Umrah Package by paying additional charges. We can provide you visa assistance, accommodation and tour services for that country as well.
As per Saudi law, Women above the age of 45 can perform Umrah within an organized group and should submit a notarized NOC for the Umrah from her mehram. Contact us for more details.
A mehram can be your male relative such as father, brother, husband or son.
