What is your cancellation procedure?
Cancellation procedure varies depending on the package you have purchased. Clients will be informed about the cancellation policy as per their package at the time of trip booking and confirmation.
What is included in your overall cost?
Our package cost includes Visa, Accommodation, Breakfast and In-Country transportation for international trips. However meals are included in our domestic trips alongside with the mentioned facilities.
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept wire transfers for online bookings and Cash/ Credit card payments for walk-in clients only.
What are your payment terms?
We prefer full trip payment before travelling. You are required to pay 50% advance while booking and the remaining 50% should be paid 3 days prior the travelling date.
